lionhearted

A great work.

Very good. Highly recommended.

"The E-Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber, which I consider the Bible of small business.

A thousand times yes. I make everyone I'm going to work with read it before working with them. It really gets to the heart of what businesses do right and wrong

Great book - my most highly recommended and most frequently gifted business book.

Worth reading, though, at the very least to see what the fuss is about. It is incredibly well-constructed from a writing standpoint.

there's some absolute jewels in them too

if you like Sun Tzu you might dig it

you're in good hands with Musashi.

The book is exceptional. Musashi has immense amounts of raw talent, but is in conflict with himself in the world, arrogant, keeps getting into problems and trouble until he comes to more mastery and wisdom. Seriously, I read a lot, and this is hands-down my favorite book of all time.

one of my favorite books of all time

I did, and enjoyed it a lot.

Taiko by the same author is quite good too

I'm going to get Gallic Wars

you've got to check out Gibbons' History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. It's just a masterpiece.

I'll also recommend Husain Haddawy's translation of Arabian Nights, which is uproariously funny and also contains a lot of wisdom
