The Wars of the Roses

I read a lot of history, but many of the books are quite dry. A rare exception were the books by Dan Jones I recently read, on medieval England (The Plantagenets, The Wars Of Roses). I learned a bunch and sincerely enjoyed the process. His Powers and Thrones book is next up. Incidentally, I found out that Shakespeare covered similar timelines (especially the wars of the roses) in his 8 history plays, which I've been going through. Never read any Shakespeare before, and liking it enough that I already made a top ten list of his works to get into next.
