“The Effective Executive” by Peter Drucker. I’ve never even been an “executive” but have found that nuggets from this book have helped me navigate the working world for 25 years.

An acquaintance recommended Peter Drucker's "The Effective Executive" as a first book to read about management. I found it very interesting and it changed my outlook on the value of tracking time, focusing on strengths and what contribution matters.
