Tough choices .. Moby Dick has so much to offer .. Gulliver's Travels ... Tristam Shandy ... Essays by Montaigne.. Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man .... Probably the collected works of Shaw? Things with dialogue feel freah every time you read them.

I would recommend taking a look through all of the free classics available on the Kindle store. There are thousands of old books that are out of copyright and are completely free to download. You can find stuff like the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, papers by einstein, Gulliver's Travels, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, Dracula, and lots of other really great reads.
